Report ECommerce Fraud
If you run a small eCommerce business, it can feel overwhelming to deal with fraud. There doesn’t seem like there is anyone on your side. Your best friend is your own instincts. If it feels too good to be true, it probably is. Go with your gut and if you’re in doubt, read up on some eCommerce fraud stories to see if your situation fits with one of ours.
Local Police
To report eCommerce fraud in the US, contact the destination municipality asap – especially if it’s before a chargeback or for a crime in progress (they’re actively engaging you). Provide as much information as possible for the report. It may not go anywhere but occasionally it will help if there is a lot of fraud coming from a single location (like a post office box or fulfillment / forwarding center).
The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center
Report fraud to the FBI. You might even get a call back, providing an update regarding the information you provided. Many of the fraud cases we report are part of an investigation being conducted by FBI. One more bit of information from you can help them build a stronger case. Take the time to report!

US Secret Service
You can also contact the US Secret Service. They have 47+ offices throughout the US that focus on financial crime. They actually answer the phone! Their activities seem to only cover very large fraud cases so you may want to stick with the FBI or local police reporting.
